Michael Crosby

With more than 25 years’ financial markets experience, Michael has held prominent roles as a partner and managing director at many of the world’s leading international law firms and fund services businesses. Key previous roles include:
• Equity Partner at a $1 billion revenue global law firm
• Lawyer at Clifford Chance, Weil Gotshal, Freshfields and Proskauer
• Managing Director at a global fund services business
• Founding Partner of a pan-European private debt fund
Michael brings extensive experience in private equity, alternative credit, real assets and multi-tranche leveraged financings assisting fund managers, financial institutions and family offices to invest and restructure capital into high growth businesses across the UK, Europe, the United States and the MENA regions.
With significant international experience, including over five years working from New York, Los Angeles and Dubai, Michael is well-versed in global financial markets.
Michael is a qualified lawyer with degrees from the University of Durham (University College) Economics and Law (1994), University of Law (London) Common Professional Examination (1995) and Law Society Finals (1996).
