Jason Green
Managing Partner
Jason has 30 years’ financial markets experience having held senior financial roles in industry, corporate and investment banking, professional services and, most recently, Group CEO of a single family office. During his career, Jason has sat on all sides of the table as lender, investor, borrower and advisor, giving him a unique perspective on financing negotiations. Key previous roles include:
• Chief executive, single family office
• Co-Founder / Co-Head of Debt Advisory, PwC
• Head of Financing Advisory, Investec Investment Bank, Global Structured Finance at Natwest Markets, National Australia Bank
Jason has substantial transaction leadership experience in M&A, refinancings, restructurings and recapitalisations, risk committees and credit committees and has provided written / oral expert testimony having been called as an expert witness in USD2.2Bn ICC Arbitration proceedings.
Emerging / developed markets experience in EMEA, Americas and SE Asia. Experienced across the entire range of private and public debt / capital markets and the credit rating spectrum.
MBA from Aston Business School in 1992. Qualified with the Securities Institute (now Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment), in 1999.
